The network comprises of four trusts who work closely together to provide liver treatment services in the West Yorkshire area. The network has strong links with other service providers in the local community and primary care to ensure that their clients and patients have clear pathways in place for referral to the treatment services at local hospitals.
Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust hosts the network and is responsible for the governance and stewardship of the network. The network covers West Yorkshire and the Craven area of North Yorkshire. The total population served by the ODN is estimated at 2,701,812.

Prison Outreach
Prison in-reach treatment is also provided as part of the hepatology service at Leeds Teaching Hospitals to each of the four prisons in the area. These services are run weekly led by Viral Hepatitis Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS).
